X-PAQ™

X-PAQ™ product line includes the EH2 and SD2500 precision fastening systems.  These include affordable precision torque controls and data management systems with intuitive and user friendly programming. ASG line of transducerized DC electric torque control screwdrivers and nutrunners work with X-PAQ™ controllers for applications covering a torque range from 1 to 309.8 lbf.in (0.1 to 35 N.m).

Automation

The ASG Auto Feed System is designed to increase production while decreasing cycle time and labor costs. The system is very swift, delivering a screw to the jaw set in less than half a second. Because of its simplistic design, the system is also reliable and consistent, providing for virtually jam-free operation.
