X-PAQ™ EH2 Controllers & Cabbles

ASG X-PAQ™ Controllers are compatible with EH2 Series tools. Available in ten different controller configurations.

EH2 Series tools are premium quality robust transducerized DC electric screwdrivers and nutrunners featuring ergonomic comfort grip and Pulse Fastening Technology, which reduces the reaction typically associated with high torque tools.

For applications requiring a torque range of 1 to 35 N.m (0.1 to 309.8 lbf.in).

•    – Torque and angle monitoring and I/O monitoring
•    – Built-in simplified PLC functionality allows ladder logic creation, monitoring and storage
•    – History and monitoring functions record fastening results, torque curves and system error data as .CSV files which are easily imported into spreadsheets for report creation
•    – USB Port for connection to PC and LAN for offsite programming, O/S compatible
•    – Ready to accept optional bar code reader
•    – Multi-Spindle Synchronization controls up to 10 tools

EH2 Series tool cables are extremely durable. Unique double shell construction features high strength elastic fiber core covered by a molded resin. Connector is dual shell constructed from machined duralumin to assure a secure cable connection while maintaining flexibility.

Please verify with ASG that the desired total cable length from Controller to tool will not negatively impact performance (i.e. 100 ft.).
