Static Shielding Bags
Static Shielding Bags are used to protect ESD sensitive devices such as printed circuid boards (PCBs) during transportation and storage. These bags are made to comply with the electrical and physical characteristics imposed by IEC 61340-5-1, MIL-PRF 81705D, RoHS standards.
Our Static Shielding Bags are made in a 5-layers structure that protects the product against inside and outside static charge accumulation, electrical shorts and dielectric breakdowns. Semi-transparent bags allow an easy identification of the product.

Standard Static Shielding Bags
These Static Shielding Bags are composed by a static dissipative coating and a polyethylene layer in the interior that minimize the formation of static charges by triboelectric effect. The exterior is also composed by a static dissipative coating and a polyester layer, to prevent, as well, the formation of static charges. An interior layer of aluminum protects the product inside the Static Shielding Bag from any penetrating electrostatic field. These Static Shielding Bags reduce the risk of static charge damaging of the product close to zero.
When handling products inside Static Shielding Bags, care should be taken to ensure shielding properties are maintain. If the Static Shielding Bag is damaged, it should not be re-used.

Shielding Bubble Bags
These Shielding Bubble Bags are made from the same shielding film as the Static Shielding Bags, combined with a low tribocharging and dissipative amines free air bubble film. They offer a superior mechanical protection.
This material is also available in rolls.
